We care about mental health at workplace. You can show your care through providing 4 or 6 counselling sessions for staffs who feel they need to talk and support.
Coaching Service
When at changes (eg. retirement, promotion, relocation, structure revamping), everyone needs space for adaptation and might come across maladjustment throughout the process. Coaching service is to support individual to prepare and adjust before and during the change process.
